Born & raised on the South Side, and now a long time resident of the Gold Coast, I hold allegiance to both the Sox & the Cubs, and am neutral on the cross-town series!! Although I´ve lived in Chicago all my life, travel is my passion; I´ve been to all continents except Antarctica, but that is soon coming. Asia is tops on my list, with Europe second. I´m a theatre buff, and enjoy cinema, especially independent filmmakers, and I enjoy jazz, smooth jazz.

I´m a seasoned professional and a multi-million $ producer with a Masters in Urban Planning from the University of Chicago. I have hands-on experience throughout Chicago and the nearby suburbs. In addition, I´ve been a general partner in real estate partnerships and have acted as the developer of condo conversions. If you are an investor, I offer my expertise in analyzing and expediting sales and/or purchases of multi-family (2 to 4 units), apartment buildings, and mixed use (real estate w/business).
Importantly, I´m also an independent, which puts me in a better position to serve you. As such, unlike brokers and agents who operate in large firms (and who are bound by the rules of the company), I can operate with flexibility.
